Marketing Executive Provide administrative support to UAE Operations Director of Lexington Freight Forwarding Ltd. for air & sea shipments (Import & Export). To respond to incoming queries and ensures the resolution of service. Interacting with Companies for their logistic requirements and provide Logistics / Shipping Quotations for all in and outbound freight and update the status with customers.. Negotiating rates with shipping lines & forwarders for LCL & FCL shipments. Organize export LCL & FCL shipment operations as per prescribed Procedures. Assess airline rates, identify carriers (space booking), record buy/sell rates Maintaining adequate margin & quality of service. Coordination & execution of all import/export bookings; work closely with all vendors and ensuring that shipments are handled as per the clients requirement. Schedule shipments, book & confirm space with Shipping line & carriers and ensure that shipment are executed on time. Monitor & coordinate with warehouse team for stuffing arrangement as per the container load list in a timely manner. Verify that all customer routings instructions are being followed to ensure on-time and accurate shipping processes, ensure billings are captured and updated in the system in timely and accurate manner. Monitor & coordinate with trucking department & customs clearance department for shipping order’s timely transfer & double check that all operation go smoothly. Coordinating the cross-trade business with the overseas agents and updating the status to the load port and final destination. Assisting Operations Manager in following up sales orders and ensuring prompt delivery. Create and manage job files ensuring adherence to order processing timeliness. Monitoring shipment Customs clearance, inspection & customs duty & dispatch of the consignments. Coordinate with customers to prepare proper invoice & packing list and all other documents for outbound deliveries. Coordinate with shipping lines for arrival details and D/O collection. Check & approval of third party invoices eg. Transportation invoices & filed rates to ensure correct billing.

Having an established relationship with the buyers and the in house shelf merchandisers is an added bonus.
